INGREDIENTS

Mountain Dew Code Red Syrup:
2 liters Mountain Dew Code Red
1 box Celestial Seasonings Red Zinger Tea
10 grams citric acid

To Assemble and Serve:
7 ounces Miller Lite beer
Lime wedge

METHOD

For the Mountain Dew Code Red Syrup:
In a saucepan over medium flame, heat Mountain Dew until liquid has reduced by half. Add tea bags and continue to heat until mixture has reduced and a syrup-like consistency is achieved. Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in citric acid and let cool.

To Assemble and Serve:
In a highball glass, combine beer and ½ ounce Mountain Dew Code Red Syrup. Stir to combine, then garnish with lime wedge.
