INGREDIENTS

¾ ounce Singani 63
¾ ounce Aelred Melon L'Apéritif liqueur
¾ ounce Dolin Genepy liqueur
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce Carpano Botanic bitter
Herbsaint spray

METHOD

METHOD
In a footed pilsner glass, add Singani, liqueurs, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add crushed ice and using a swizzle, stir until combined. Add straw and top with Carpano Botanic. Spray with Herbsaint and serve.
